Fit & Free

Here's to ordering a salad when you really want a burger;
to working out twice as much as your skinny friend,
to looking in the mirror and not seeing change but hitting the gym anyway,
Heres to the sweat shirts, stinky socks,sore muscles and lifting weights.
Heres to falling down and getting back up tomorrow and doing it all again because one day youll be able to get up and say screw you to the old you.
